Enquiries are not contracts

Submitting a consultation, quotation, procurement, support or contact form does not create a client relationship, confirm availability, book a meeting, establish a response time or commit TresVantage to a price or service.

Separate commercial agreements

Any project, procurement, recurring support or paid service should be governed by the relevant quotation, proposal, contract, service agreement or service-level agreement accepted by the parties. Those documents take priority over general website content for the applicable engagement.

TresVantage aims to keep website information clear and current but does not promise that every page will always be complete, error-free or continuously available. Planned capabilities are identified where their final scope has not been confirmed.

Any limitation of liability, governing law, dispute process, warranty or service-specific obligation must be established through professionally reviewed legal terms and the applicable client agreement. This page does not create additional warranties or service commitments.
